Common questions.

Everything homeowners ask us before booking. If yours is not here, call or text 213-379-5538 – we answer plainly.

Four valleys across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Santa Clarita Valley: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic. San Fernando Valley: Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Chatsworth, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Studio City, Valley Village, and North Hollywood. Conejo Valley: Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Simi Valley, and Moorpark. Antelope Valley: Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill. If you are nearby and do not see your city listed, just ask – we will confirm the same day.

Yes – Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill are all on our list. They sit further out than our core service area, so we group Antelope Valley jobs into the same trip rather than driving up for one at a time. Give us a little more notice than you would for a Santa Clarita job and call us for the soonest realistic date. The same applies to the Conejo Valley.

Yes. Aurix is fully licensed and insured, and every technician is trained on the surfaces they work on. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before we start if your HOA or property manager requires one.

If you find streaks on the glass we cleaned, call us and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. No forms, no argument. It is the reason we can say "streak-free or we come back free" and mean it.

Members on our Monthly and Quarterly maintenance plans get a 3-day rain guarantee – if measurable rain hits within three days of your service and spots your glass, we return and touch it up free. Rain alone typically does not undo a proper cleaning, because our Aurix Clear™ finish helps water bead and roll off rather than spot.

Not for exterior work. As long as we have access to the yard and the water spigot, you can be at work and come home to finished windows. Interior cleaning, screen removal, and lighting design walks do need someone home to let us in.

A full window cleaning on an average home – inside and out, including screens, tracks, and sills – usually runs a half-day. Exterior-only is closer to two or three hours. Solar arrays and gutter runs are typically one to two hours. Larger estate properties, common in Encino and the hillside neighborhoods, can run longer. We give you a time window when we book.

Usually, yes. Hard water is a problem across all four valleys we serve, and the Antelope Valley is the hardest of them – sprinkler overspray and ordinary tap water both etch minerals into glass over time. We offer a dedicated mineral-removal treatment that brings etched-looking glass back to clear without re-grinding the surface. Severe long-term etching is not always fully reversible – we will tell you honestly what we can achieve before you pay for it.

Yes. We use water-fed carbon-fiber poles that let us clean upper-story glass from the ground wherever possible, which is safer for our crew and for your landscaping. Where a ladder is genuinely required, our technicians are trained and insured for it.

No. We use soft-bristle brushes and 100% deionized water with no chemicals and no abrasive pads – the method panel manufacturers themselves recommend. Nothing in our process gives a manufacturer grounds to void coverage.

We move light patio furniture and planters as needed and put them back where we found them. For anything heavy, fragile, or valuable, we would rather you move it beforehand or point it out so we can work around it.

Yes, and they differ by service. Window cleaning plans run monthly, quarterly, or biannual, and include free hard water removal, the Aurix Clear™ finish, and our 3-day rain guarantee depending on the tier. Solar plans run quarterly, biannual, or annual, and include a visual panel inspection on every visit. Both give members preferred pricing and priority scheduling, with no contract and no cancellation fee.

Card, check, Zelle, and all major digital wallets. Payment is due when the work is complete – we do not ask for a deposit on standard cleaning services. Lighting installations are quoted separately and may require a materials deposit.
