The Santa Clarita Valley is where Aurix started and where most of our week is still spent. Because the area is really a cluster of distinct communities rather than one city, the work changes noticeably depending on which side of the valley you are on – the tract homes off Bouquet Canyon have very different glass than the custom builds up Sand Canyon or the older bungalows in Newhall.
What the whole valley shares is the water. Santa Clarita Valley Water draws heavily on local groundwater that runs consistently hard, and that mineral load is the single biggest reason glass here spots faster than it does closer to the coast. Sprinkler overspray on a south-facing window through one dry summer is enough to leave deposits that will not simply wipe off.
The other constant is dust. The valley sits against open terrain on three sides, and the Santa Ana winds move a remarkable amount of fine grit through it every autumn – onto glass, into tracks, and across every solar array in the area.

They sit further out than our core service area, so we group Antelope Valley jobs into the same trip rather than driving up for one at a time. Give us a little more notice than you would for a Santa Clarita job and call us for the soonest realistic date. The same applies to the Conejo Valley.
Yes. Aurix is fully licensed and insured, and every technician is trained on the surfaces they work on. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before we start if your HOA or property manager requires one.
If you find streaks on the glass we cleaned, call us and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. No forms, no argument. It is the reason we can say "streak-free or we come back free" and mean it.
Members on our Monthly and Quarterly maintenance plans get a 3-day rain guarantee – if measurable rain hits within three days of your service and spots your glass, we return and touch it up free. Rain alone typically does not undo a proper cleaning, because our Aurix Clear™ finish helps water bead and roll off rather than spot.
